Ordering & Delivery Information
Purchase of a harp includes
- tuning key and an extra set of strings.
- Upon contact with us, a price list and order sheet will be sent to
you. The order sheet will enable you to complete all your requirements for the
harp, i.e., if carving is required, gems, colours, tone, type of strings, etc.
When your order and deposit is received confirmation will be sent and your
order will be placed in the production schedule.
- All instruments are custom built. A 50% deposit on placement of order is
required and full payment prior to delivery. 25% of the deposit will not be
refunded if the order is cancelled.
Overseas customers can pay by telegraphic transfer or bank draft, local
customers by cheque, cash, or bank deposit.
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars ex factory. Quotations can be given
for door-to-door delivery which will include all tariffs, import duties,
insurance and delivery costs. Delivery crates can be purchased or returned at
Harps made by Keith are covered by a limited warranty to the
original purchaser against defective materials or workmanship except strings.
Keith will repair or replace at his option any defective part or material.
Clients will be required to pay the cost of all shipping or postage charges
for the repaired harp.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Damage incurred by misuse.
Damage incurred by the harp being tampered with.
Damage incurred by accidents.
Natural cracking of wood finishes due to changes in
temperatures and humidity.
Work or damage incurred by non-authorised repairers.
Harp restrung to a tension that is was not designed for.
